These are the terms upon which any user (the "User") agrees to be bound by registering at and using the service www.epiwall.com (the "Service") provided by Entevia, LLC (the "Company"), a limited-liability company incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida, USA :

  1. Copyright and License: The Company retains the copyright on all the images, web pages, web page layouts, and executable programs pertaining to the Service, and grants to the User a non-exclusive license to use the Service. The User agrees not to reproduce, duplicate or copy any portion of the Service.
  2. No Warranty: The User agrees to use the Service "as is"; no warranty, explicit or implied, exists on the performance, reliability or functionality of the Service. The User shall not rely on the Service as a means of storing valuable data; the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of User data as a result from the usage of the Service. Since no passwords are stored in the Service, the User shall not rely on the Service to recover any lost or forgotten passwords.
  3. Responsibility and liability over private content: Since private content in the Service is end-to-end encrypted, there is no way for the Company to decrypt,regulate or moderate any private content posted by the User. Responsibility and liability over content posted by the User on private spaces relies exclusively on the User.
  4. Responsibility and liability over public content: The Company, as well as the public in general, has access to public content posted on the Service. Although the Company shall make its best effort to monitor, regulate and moderate public content posted by the User (as set in its Privacy, Encryption and Moderation Policy), the User agrees to be ultimately responsible and liable for any public or private content posted on the Service.
  5. Privacy: The User accepts the terms of the Privacy, Encryption and Moderation Policy of the Service, as published in the Service's website.
  6. Termination: The User agrees that the Company may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate the User's account or access to the Service. Causes for such termination may include, but not be limited to:
    • Breaches or violations of the Terms of Service or other incorporated agreements or guidelines;
    • Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies;
    • A request by the User to remove his/her account from the Service;
    • Discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof);
    • Unexpected technical or security issues or problems;
    • Extended periods of inactivity;
    • Engagement by the User in fraudulent or illegal activities;
    • Nonpayment of any fees owed by the User in connection with the service (when applicable)
